A simple e-learning module or one-day course will not lead to changed behavior on the job. Why not try a better way?
The Leadership eCampus blends e-learning with online group exercises, stretch assignments and coaching to reinforce learning on the job.
Everything is online, so you can quickly deploy replicable programs to 20 or 2,000 learners in small groups - with no travel expense!

Learn Key Concepts
Participants start by learning key leadership concepts via an e-learning module,
which teaches them to recognize good leadership behaviors and understand the
practices they should follow.
Q&A (same time)
Recognizing that learners want to know how concepts apply in their
unique situation, participants can ask questions of HR generalists
in scheduled web meetings.
Q&A (any time)
For learners who cannot make scheduled meetings, or who prefer
to think about and post their questions online, HR generalists
are also available to answer questions in a threaded discussion room.
Presentation
Recognizing that the best way to understand concepts is to teach
them to others, learners are asked to post a slideshow that they
could use if they had to brief their staff on the concepts taught
in the course.
Group Discussion
To allow learners to interact with each other about the concepts,
small groups of participants read each others presentation, give
each other feedback, and improve their own presentation by "stealing"
slides from each other within a threaded discussion room.
Coach Feedback
An HR generalist, serving as a coach, gives learners feedback in
the discussion room. Both learners and coaches can use this asynchronous
medium to interact with each other at times during the week that are
most convenient to them.
Planner
Learners apply skills on the job through a series of bi-weekly
planners. They answer specific questions about how they will put skills
into practice, receive feedback from coaches or their small groups,
and report back on the results. New assignments are given that match
the learners' specific needs.
Manager Certification
Learners meet with their manager and bring their work samples with them.
Their manager holds a structured interview with them, creates action plans
for further development, then certifies completion of the program.
