For our platinum, full-service solutions, we use our six-stage End2End Methodology™ to create eCampus-based structured learning programs and informal learning programs based in an eCommunity. This methodology includes a detailed project plan, timeline and activity checklist, agendas for required meetings and templates for learning activities. It enables us to provide you with a full-service solution while minimizing your costs and level of effort. This is the same methodology that we teach your internal staff as part of our bronze and silver service offerings.

Discovery
Agree on the scope of our engagement, understand the learning requirement and how you will use the workspace, identify all stakeholders, calibrate on roles and responsibilities and agree on a high level timeline.
Design
Develop a detailed project plan, obtain initial information from SMEs, hold required design meetings, identify deployment issues to consider, develop a detailed set of design specifications and obtain customer sign-off on the design.
Development
Collect existing content, develop new content as required, complete any needed technical development and develop training materials for coaches, content managers and other support staff.
Deployment
Provision and configure the workspace, train coaches/mentors/content managers, orient customer support staff and send invitations to learners.
Delivery
Monitor learners' progress and participation, monitor support to learners and coaches, host the Coffee Shop, scan discussions, refresh announcements and maintain the online workplace on Q2Learning servers.
Evaluation
Conduct an after action review of the process and deliver a written report to the client program manager.
